CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received prior to 2 March 2009 will receive a refund less $100 administration fee.
Cancellations after this date will not be entitled to a refund.
Substitutions may be made at any time but Conference Works Ltd must be notified in writing.
Accommodation cancellations are subject to the Hotel’s terms and conditions.
